Balidan is the story of a man whose profession was to Loot and Kill. He used to come like a thunder and vanish like a bubble.

His point of transformation was the day when his vision brought before him the naked truth of wealthy people's wealth, which were blood-stained. He was awakened with the truth and vowed to distribute the wealth to those poor people whom it belonged.

An efficient and smart officer Ramesh was deputed to arrest Raja, the dacoit. But on every move of Ramesh, Raja retarted it and made it futile.

During this deadliest struggle and mission whatever impressions and realisations Raja left became memoirs and these memoirs blended to-gether to make "Balidan".
